6 – Course Sherry Pairing Dinner

Take a guided tour for your taste buds through six irresistible sherry wines, expertly paired with the fresh flavors of Spanish cuisine. La Marcha’s Chef Sergio Monléon will personally introduce each sherry and answer diners’ questions throughout the meal. From the bone-dry, biologically-aged Fino del Puerto alongside a bright tuna tartar, all the way to oxidatively-aged Oloroso with rich braised oxtail, six curated courses culminate in the perfect dessert: a simple vanilla bean ice cream with the sweet Pedro Ximenez. Join us for this unique dining experience, that will both educate and entertain your palate. Please note that this special restaurant event does not include gratuity.
